I am sorry to read about the passing of your love one. I send my sincere condolences to the family and friends. When unforeseen occurrences befall us, and the enemy death strikes our grief can be great It is at times like this that we need comfort and support whether we are acquainted or not. I have found the Bible to be very comforting in this regard. At Revelation 21: 3, 4, our Heavenly Father has promised, in the near future that death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. In addition, our Heavenly Father has also promised that there will be a resurrection: and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous..." What a grand reunion that will be! You and I have the prospects of seeing our love ones again under the best condition possible, a beautiful Paradise; Gods original purpose for mankind. All of God's promises will come true, for it is impossible for Our Heavenly Father Jehovah to lie. Please look up the cited scriptures in your personal copy of the Bible. Once again, you have my sincere condolences -John 5:28 & 29, Psalms 37:29, Luke 23:43, Hebrews 6:18.

All of my life I had "Cousin Jim"... 3rd cousin I believe... but that did not matter! We were family and that was that.. I remember being a little girl when Desert Storm began and cousin Jim was babysitting me... We had rented "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and ordered pizza... but when we heard about the war officially breaking out I was scared to death- thinking tanks and bombs and men with guns would be coming down our streets... but there was cousin Jim reassuring me that the war was on the other side of the globe and that no matter what he would always keep me safe... and I will always remember him as that kind of guy- one with a sincere heart who truly cared for others! My prayers are with sweet Pat as she endures several tragic losses... May she find comfort in knowing that others care and love her... and peace in knowing that her family is now in God's hands! R.I.P. Cousin Jim!

To Jim's family, There are no words to comfort you at this time as I know you are dealing with a great loss. As you remember Jim, keep alive all those wonderful memories and share often. It will keep your heart happy! I didn't know Jim very well, but what I saw was a loving husband, wonderful father and father-in-law and a doting grandfather. His congenial personality was contagious and made us feel welcome in your town. He will be sorely missed by many people, but may you find comfort in your memories, your family and your God. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, Marla Cockerham

I was so saddened to hear about the sudden, tragic loss of Cousin Jim... there was a time when I so looked forward to Sunday mornings, because he was always coming over with a box of fresh donuts! Though we had lost touch over the years, he will always be a fond memory for me. Rest in peace, Cousin Jim! My deepest condolences to his immediate family...
